Your Notice Log is a complete history of all appointment notifications and account activity. It shows every alert you've received and tracks changes to your monitoring settings.

Understanding Your Notification History

Two Types of Activity

The Notice Log displays two main types of activity: Appointment Notifications and Account Activity

Appointment Notifications These entries show when new appointments were found and alerts were sent to you. Each notification shows:

  • The appointment date and time that was found
  • Which location had the opening
  • Status of each delivery method (email, SMS, browser, push)
  • Whether notifications were successfully delivered or failed

Account Activity These entries track changes you've made to your service:

  • Notification settings turned on or off
  • Quiet hours added or removed
  • Location preferences updated
  • Service subscription changes

Viewing Delivery Status

For each appointment notification, you can see exactly how your alert was delivered:

Status Indicators
  • Email: Shows your email address and delivery status (Sent, Delivered, Failed, etc.)
  • SMS: Displays your phone number and text message status
  • Browser: Indicates if browser notifications were sent successfully
  • Push: Shows status for app notifications on your device

Delivery badges use color coding - green for successful delivery, red for failures, and yellow for pending status.

Using the Book Now Feature

When you see an appointment notification in your log, click the "Book Now" button at the top of the page to go directly to the CBP scheduling website. This opens in a new tab so you can quickly attempt to book any appointments you've been notified about.

Quick Booking Access

The Book Now button is always available and takes you to the main Global Entry scheduling page where you can try to secure any current openings.

Troubleshooting Notification Issues

If you're not receiving notifications on one of your contact methods, the Notice Log is your first stop for troubleshooting. Check recent appointment notifications to see if delivery attempts are being made to your email, phone, or browser. The delivery status will show you whether notifications are being sent successfully or if there are delivery failures that need attention.

Recent Activity Highlighting

New entries in your Notice Log may be highlighted to help you quickly identify recent notification activity. This makes it easy to see the latest appointment alerts and any recent changes to your account settings.

Finding Specific Information

Your Notice Log loads recent activity first, with the ability to scroll through older entries. Use this log to:

  • Verify which appointments you've been notified about
  • Check if notifications were delivered successfully
  • Review when you made changes to your settings
  • Track your service subscription history

The log provides a complete audit trail of your SpotPatrol activity, giving you full visibility into how your monitoring service is working.
