Create an Account

Getting started with SpotPatrol is quick and easy. You'll be monitoring for Global Entry appointments in just a few minutes.

Sign Up Process​

Quick Setup

You'll be monitoring for appointments in just a few minutes with our streamlined sign-up process.

1. Visit SpotPatrol​

Go to SpotPatrol and click the "Start Free Trial" button in the top navigation, or visit the sign-up page directly.

2. Choose Your Sign-Up Method​

You can create an account using:

Email OR Phone & Password

  • You can use either email address OR US phone number as your username
  • US phone numbers only (for SMS notifications)
  • Both first and last name are required for registration
  • Create a secure password (minimum 8 characters with uppercase, lowercase, number, and special character)
  • Click "Create Account"

Google Sign-In

  • Click "Login with Google"
  • Select your Google account
  • Authorize SpotPatrol

Apple Sign-In

  • Click "Login with Apple"
  • Use Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password
  • Choose to share or hide your email

3. Verify Your Account​

After creating your account:

For Email Accounts:

  1. Check your email for a verification message from SpotPatrol
  2. Click the verification link in the email, or
  3. Enter the 6-digit verification code on the verification page

For Phone Accounts:

  1. Check your phone for an SMS with a verification code
  2. Enter the 6-digit code on the verification page

For OAuth Accounts (Google/Apple):

  • Your email is automatically verified by the OAuth provider
  • No additional verification needed
Verification Not Received?
  • Check your spam/junk folder for email verification
  • Add hello@spotpatrol.com to your contacts
  • For SMS verification, ensure you have cell signal
  • Use the "Resend verification code" option if needed
  • Wait a few minutes between resend attempts

Trial Account​

Your new account starts as a 7-day free trial that is fully functional but has limits for certain features:

This lets you experience SpotPatrol before deciding to upgrade to a paid plan.

Account Security​

Strong Passwords​

If using email/password authentication:

  • Use at least 8 characters
  • Include uppercase and lowercase letters
  • Add numbers and special characters
  • Don't reuse passwords from other sites
Password Requirements

SpotPatrol requires passwords to have at least 8 characters with uppercase, lowercase, number, and special character for security.

Two-Factor Authentication​

For extra security:

  • Google and Apple sign-in provide built-in 2FA
  • For email accounts, consider using a password manager
  • Your email account should have 2FA enabled

Once your account is created and verified:

  1. Choose your locations - Pick the Global Entry enrollment centers you want to monitor
  2. Set up notifications - Configure how you want to be alerted about new appointments
  3. Understand service levels - Learn about trial limitations and when to upgrade
